last night’s forever

starry gone

and morning

yawns far too

long

have been

carved out

whilst asleep

a burial in waking

audible thrown

songs, a radio

from various

bark and branches

stay there awhile

whilst the bladder

is in full moon, lay

there road kill and all

the head’s empty-

city is unravelling

from before from

when the mirror

took shape and mocked

fat as a precipice

and obscene as

a stump, it made its

gleam its detail known

now the howl of a

clock interrupts

and re-news a

heart attack scene

cobwebs unsigned

artwork isn’t perfect

and leaves a moth

in a movie’s murder

raw dust competes

and will collect upon

eyelids if left, and

the bathroom is

woods-dark, it leans

of vomit, aftershaves

in perfumed shrapnel,

an orchid poses half broken

am stiff poised in

the stomach, those

butterflies kissed in

now buried in acid
